Wellington is a brand new two storey holiday house located in the peaceful new development of Port Julia, just a short walk to the beach. The property has sea views and good off street parking with room for boat and cars. A quiet place to relax and unwind.
The property features four bedrooms - queen with en suite (upstairs), queen, double and two bunk beds (downstairs). Quilts and pillows provided; bring your own sheets and towels.
There are two separate lounge areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) both with television and DVD. There is reverse cycle ducted heating/cooling. Upstairs there is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Nescafe Dolce coffee machine (bring your own Nescafe Dolce pods) and a large refrigerator with freezer on top. There is a stair gate supplied for toddlers.
Barbecue with hood and gas and outdoor seating supplied. There is a front load washing machine and fish cleaning sink. Pets by arrangement only (AUD100.00 refundable bond applies per pet).
